Primary care & support services for children & adults

Our patient services

We provide a wide range of care through scheduled or same-day appointments. We offer primary medical care and dental care for children and adults, a variety of specialty services and other services by referral. We have laboratory and Pharmacy services on site at several of our clinics for our patients.

Financial counselors are available by appointment to help you with your insurance questions. We accept Covered California insurance plans (Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, HealthNet), Medicare, Medi-Cal, Partnership HealthPlan, Family Planning Access Care & Treatment program (Family PACT), Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CHDP), and Healthy Kids.

If you do not have insurance, a sliding scale discounted fee (based on income, financial resources and family size), or full visit fee is required to be paid at the time of your visit.

If you want to apply for a sliding scale fee or a public insurance program, please bring proof of your income to your first appointment (for example: pay stub; income tax form; letter from employer).

English and Spanish are spoken by multicultural staff at all clinics. Vietnamese is also spoken at the San Rafael and Greenbrae clinics. Interpretation services for most languages are available during patient appointments.

Immunizations

Routine pediatric immunizations are provided to children at no additional cost during office visits. Limited types of adult vaccines are available for an additional fee.

Patients' Rights and Responsibilities

Marin Community Clinics views health care as a partnership between you and your health care providers. We recognize your individual rights as a patient and we believe that by being well informed, participating in treatment decisions, and communicating openly with your doctor and other health professionals you contribute to the best patient care and satisfaction. The mutual understanding of patients’ rights and responsibilities creates the best experience possible.
